Can you smell that fresh new year? Full of promise and opportunity? Sparkling like a rhinestone cowboy??
YES.
And we try to capture that eau de awesome by lisitfying our goals for the next year but the truth is that resolutions have a shelf life of about a month.
Yet there is a way to bring in the new year that practically ensures that you’ll kick ass all year long…
I have a lot of things to be grateful for right now.
My husband and I are back in the Love Bungalow, renewed in our partnership and committed to deeper understanding and intimacy.
His mother is defying the odds and the medical prognosis…again!
I finally have a carton of Pet “Heavenly Hash Ice Cream” in my freezer! (Oh, marshmallow vein of deliciousness, how do I love thee!)
And I have good friends and an amazing online community of people who brighten my heart and my days. (THANK YOU!)
But above all that, there is one mo’ better thing that I received this year…
Because the internet is awesome.
And because I love zombies.
And Christmas.

I guess, technically, this is “regifting” but I promise you’ll love it! ‘Tis the season to share the awesome.
One of my favorite sites is PostSecret.
If you are not familiar with it, PostSecret is a community project where people anonymously create and send in postcards of their deepest secret.
Secrets are posted every Sunday, sometimes veeeeery late on Saturday night, and they are always shocking or captivating or heartbreaking or hopeful.
